While EES began with a close-knit client base, its projects were anything but small. From the outset, the business was delivering national exhibitions, creating unique brand experiences and building a reputation as a trusted partner within the events industry.
In 2014, Michele Marks joined the business, initially supporting operations while building a successful sales career within some of the Gold Coast’s leading hospitality venues. In 2021, she joined EES full-time, bringing her commercial expertise and passion for client relationships to the growing business.
Together, the leadership team has guided EES through significant growth, expanding its exhibition and event solutions, undertaking strategic acquisitions and responding to the increasing demand for face-to-face experiences across Australia.
What began in a modest warehouse has grown into a thriving national operation. Following rapid expansion into multiple warehouse facilities, EES moved into a purpose-built 2,000sqm headquarters in early 2024. Continued growth saw the business expand again in 2025 to a second facility on the Gold Coast, then opening a Canberra warehouse in 2026, welcoming its first full-time team member outside of the home state and further strengthening its national delivery capability.
In 2025, EES was also recognised by its industry peers, receiving the prestigious Hire Company of the Year – Events Division award at the Hire and Rental Association annual HIRE25 event. This achievement reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, service excellence, sustainability and delivering exceptional exhibition experiences for clients across Australia.
Today, EES partners with organisers, exhibitors and brands nationwide, creating exhibition experiences that connect people, elevate brands and deliver meaningful outcomes.
